To celebrate the most wonderful time of the year, Chef Jason has created a special holiday menu featuring a variety of irresistible favourites.
December 23 to 25 from 5–9pm, satisfy your holiday cravings with Braven’s holiday menu. Start your festive feast with a light and delicious Mandarin and Pecan Salad with greens, fennel, fried Boursin and pomegranate vinaigrette before moving onto the decadent Wood–Fired Porchetta. Finally round out the experience with the sweet finish of a Crème Brûlée. If you don’t remember how nice it is not to cook this year, you’ll certainly never forget this feast!
So treat yourself this season to a night off filled with elevated eats and holiday memories.
