To celebrate the most wonderful time of the year, Chef Jason has created a special holiday prix fixe featuring a variety of irresistible favourites.
December 24, 25, & 26 from 5–9pm, satisfy your holiday cravings with Braven’s holiday menu. Start your festive feast with a light and delicious Baked Lakeside Brie with puff pastry, mulled fruit compote, fresh apple, and fire-roasted nuts before moving on to a classic Turkey with your favourite fixings, or a hearty Duck with dry-aged breast, hay-smoked leg croquette, glazed acorn squash, cherry jus, and red cabbage purée. Finally round out the experience with the decadent finish of a Triple Chocolate cake. If you don’t remember how nice it is not to cook this year, you’ll certainly never forget this feast!
So treat yourself this season to a night off filled with elevated eats and holiday memories.
